Via the feedback feature on the conductor interface during calls, sometimes participants ask procedural or admin questions that need to be addressed immediately. It would be ideal if we could respond back to them. Currently, we are unable to answer their questions and end up having to ignore them (unless we do a general post), which we definitely don't want to do to our generous participants! The internal chat feature is good for presenters and assistants, but adding participants as well would be fantastic.

Hi Sarah, this feature has been added in our Screenshare feature - the chat box is much bigger, more flexible (you can chat to just one participant, or to all), and you can expand the window. Our customers who are using Screenshare are mostly using that instead of our old Participant Dashboard. More info here.
