Custom Branding and Embed Event Registration Into Your Website

Custom Branding

Custom Branding enables your participants to have a seamless experience of your organization’s brand image. No registration confusion. Make a great first impression.

If you have purchased the Customer Branding option, you have the option to: (1) embed the registration page on your website; and (2) customize the header and footer on the Registration page, Confirmation page, Confirmation and Reminder Emails as well as on Post Event Survey Emails. (This does not come with regular accounts - contact support@maestroconference.com to purchase this add-on.)

 

To set up Custom Branding:

  1. Go to the View/Edit page of the conference.
  2. Go to the Custom Branding – Logo section.
  3. Click on Upload my Logo.
  4. On the Visual Settings page, you have the options to:
    • Customize your pages
    • Customize your emails
  5. Click on Choose File. 
  6. Select the file you want to upload. 
  7. Click Open.
  8. You may click on Preview Page/Email to see what the Custom Branding will look like.
  9. Click on Save Changes.

Use Custom Branding on Socal Webinar

To set up Custom Branding on Social Webinar:

  1. Go to the View/Edit page of the conference.
  2. Go to the Custom Branding – Logo section.
  3. Click on Upload my Logo.
  4. Under Social Webinar Custom Branding, click on “Choose File”.
  5. Select a file and click Open.
  6. Click on Save Changes.

Your organization’s logo will appear on the upper left-hand corner of Social Webinar.

Custom Branding - Embed Code is also Mobile-friendly!

If customer signed up for Custom Branding, their participants can now sign up for events on their smartphones.

To set up the customized header and footer and to get the embed code, go to the Conference View/Edit page of the conference in MyAccount:
