YIPPEE!! Have been waiting for this for some time.  THANK YOU!

Just as an FYI: I used Skype recently and the connection was terrific. However, it DID require me to use Skype calling credits, when I'd expected it to be a FREE Skype call.  Next time, I'll give Webphone a try!

P.S.  Would you please create a PDF of these instructions to make it easier to provide them to the folks who call into our conferences?

Skype to Skype calls are totally free! You just have to add the Skype identities mcdirect1 and/or maestro4294 (see option 4). That way, you just make the call without needing your skype credits. We also have some tips on getting Skype to approve your "friend request". I hope that helps!

Hey Aubrey, we just spoke.  Thank you for your time.  I've just been testing this Australian number (within Australia)  and it doesn't work ... neither from my mobile, nor from Skype.  Are the digits all correct for this number?   Please let me know.

Sorry about that! We're currently putting together a process to test these numbers on a weekly basis. It seems that some of these numbers aren't working for some reason. We have so far confirmed that the Belgium number is not working, nor is the other UK number. Now, the Australia number. We'll get cracking on that. Please do put more reliance on the VoIP solutions (options 3 to 5). We have more control over those.

Thanks for getting back to me Aubrey!

Yeah, I realised that I just have to roll with that - what you suggested -  for my first call tomorrow.  ... and told my people to test whatever option they're going to use, well before our call ... and that there's always the recording!

You might wanna check the French number, too.

It’s comforting to know that it wasn’t just Australia's sometimes-sucky-unreliable internet that was failing me here!

Am about to launch into the training videos …. will try and make one of those 4am (AEST!!!) sessions sometime in the future when it makes sense for me.

     Blessings.

No numbers to call free from Canada?

    Hi,

Thanks for asking about that. Unfortunately, free Canada numbers are no longer available. Free participant access numbers are now only free for participants, and only if they have no long distance charges to dial the available area codes. These new numbers are paid for by the HOST under the new Global Access Plan. Global access will then bill you on a monthly basis for the use of numbers used by your callers. You can sign up for the Global Access Plan in any conference page, in the "your dial in phone numbers" page. There is a one time $25 activation fee.

    I hope that helps!
