Uploading and Playing Custom Audio Files (Cues)
"Audio Cues" are audio files that you can play to your attendees during a conference from the Conductor’s Interface. You can upload up to 30 files from your computer in the most common audio formats.
Uploading Files
- In the Custom Audio Cues box click Add New, then Upload Files
- Browse to the folder in your computer where your audio files are stored, select them and click Open (you can select multiple files)
- Once the upload is finished you will see your uploaded files in the Custom Audio Cues box, where you can rename (), preview (), or delete () them.
*Note: If an error is encountered, check the name of the audio file. It may be containing special characters such as an apostrophe (') or others which the system does not accept. In that case, rename the file without unnecessary special characters and try to upload again.
Playing Uploaded Files (Cues) During Your Conference
- When conducting your conference, in the Conductor's Interface look for the Audio Cues control on the left of the screen
