December 22, 2020 update:
We are aware that Flash is being discontinued, and the Flash Conductor Interface will need to be replaced. We're enhancing our HTML5 (non-Flash) version of the Conductor Interface. Feel free to try the current HTML5 version now (available in your account), but the newer version, especially for large events, will be coming before New Year's.
You can find the current HTML5 version of the Conductor Interface beside the "Conduct Now" button after clicking the Edit button across the event name.
Once a browser tab opens, you'll see a Beta notice. Click Continue to proceed to the non-Flash version of the interface.
On July 30th, 2019, Google Chrome started blocking Adobe Flash by default, which is necessary to run the Conductor's Interface. Follow the instructions below to enable (or install if necessary) Adobe Flash in your browser.
Note: You may also try the new version of the Conductor's Interface that doesn't require Flash by clicking on "Try the new HTML interface" when conducting your conference.
