The Participant Experience lets you choose the type of conference you want to have. There are two choices:
Audio Only
Participants connect to audio via a phone call, either with a regular phone line or with a computer using the WebPhone - our web-based phone application.
Visual Panel
Use the Visual Panel (also known as "Meeting") if you plan to share your screen, present slides, show yourself to participants using your webcam, or present any other type of content visually. Plus it also offers higher interactivity because participants can upload an avatar image and “see who’s talking” in the meeting.

Note: On Visual Panel conferences, participants also have to connect to the audio portion of the conference like they would in a normal audio-only meeting, but they can choose not to launch the Visual Panel and only connect to the audio portion of the conference.
