My teleconference on Saturday did not get recorded. I could have sworn I selected the 'record' option when I set up the conference, but whether I was at fault or it was a system glitch, the result is the same: No recording.
It would help if the recording status were displayed on the Conductor's Console so we can confirm that the conference is being recorded. Even better would be the ability to start, stop and pause the recording mid-conference, right from the console.
