    Hi, Diego - when ill it work across all platforms and when will we be able to schedule meetings in advance, and when will we be able to record? I'm so excited -

    Hi Sarah, right now you can use video in two places: in the Social Webinar (where you can schedule events as always), and in the new event type "Simple Video Meetings", which was announced in another post.

    Simple Video Meetings are for more "spontaneous" meetings, so scheduling is not available there to keep it as simple as possible. But you can always schedule a Social Webinar event and turn on video there.

    About support in all other platforms, we're already working on adding mobile support to the Social Webinar, so it should be available (hopefully) soon. Recording is also high on our list of future additions, so we'll be definitely adding support for that in the future (but no dates on that either).

    Yes, our current audio recorder (which costs 10¢ /min) only records audio for both Social Webinar and audio-only events.

    We also offer audio editing and transcription in our Professional Services page.

    Since you asked ...

     

    I've tried the video in social webinar but can not get my MacBook Pro/Facetime camera to recognize the program.  FYI, it works with all other conferencing software (from FREE to paid, including Zoom).  

    :-(

    Look forward to when it is working. I'ld like to switch from Zoom to Maestro for all my online gatherings.  Visuals are a key element in my masterminds.

    Hi Karen, I saw you tested the video feature extensively and had some problems with a big delay and bad picture quality. Just wanted to let you know that we're investigating the problem.

    Hello!

    I am also a Mac user, using Chrome and am experiencing a lot of delay with the video interface. Our event is next week, and I think we will need to change the design of it in order to actually have it work out and be uncomplicated for the users. Please do keep us posted on upgrades to the video conferencing, particularly for Mac!
