I understand that having the Post Conference Survey for Participants setting default to yes is part of your ongoing marketing and that you're trying to get a better feel for user perception and experience. But it would be nice to be able to set the default to NO.
We do not have the staff to review the comments we receive from our participants and then they feel neglected when we don't respond to them.
And I often forget to go in and change the response to NO when I create a new meeting.
Failing that perhaps we could create our own survey questions?
