In the reminder, you currently only put Pacific times. The only possibility to set different time zones is through self-registration of participants. But often, me as conference organiser/presenter upload participant lists (using a spreadsheet or so). An easy way to convert the starting time into other time zones would be to insert a link to a website like Timeanddate - see this example:
This way, every participant can simply click on the link and obtain the time in their particular time zone.
