Unfortunately, sometimes callers get dropped from a call due to a connection issue, weak signal or drained phone battery. Getting dropped from the call can be inconvenient, so we’ve made dialling back into the conference easier.
Callers who have registered their phone number - and use this phone number to dial in to the conference - will be able to dial back into the call without being asked for a PIN. They will be automatically connected back to the conference when they dial in.
To enable auto-reconnect for your participants, register a phone number either of these 2 ways:
1. Participants can register a phone number when they sign up for your event
2. You or participants can register a phone number later
If registrants did not provide their phone number during registration and they would like to add one, they can go to this link to register their phone number: http://myaccount.maestroconference.com/phonenumber
To register the participant’s phone number, just fill in:
a. Dial in Number +1 - This is the dial in number assigned to the caller upon registration
b. PIN - the assigned PIN for the conference
c. The participant’s phone number - the phone number that the participant uses to dial in
