Have you wanted to be able to ask questions of your registrants that would show up in their Custom1 and Custom2 fields automatically? We've set this up for you - here's how to make it happen:
-On your conference details page, at the bottom, click on "Create Custom Fields."
-Check the two boxes there, and customize if you wish.
-Test it to see what participants will experience, by copy-pasting the caller registration link and registering yourself. You'll see that the questions you activated in the last step are here.
-Once you register, refresh your conference details page, go to the Callers & PINs section, and you'll see your name listed as a participant, along with the two dropdown results in Custom1 and Custom2.
-When you get on the live call, the participants' Custom1 and Custom2 fields will show up next to their name.
You can then create breakouts based on these Custom1 and Custom2 fields (here's a video with more on how to do that).
